Cocoonteaartisans.com is owned by CocoonTeaArtisans ApS, CVR 38258591.

These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods on cocoonteaartisans.com for delivery in Europe.

DELIVERY
At cocoonteaartisans.com we strive to deliver your order quickly. All orders placed on weekdays before 12am will be shipped the same day. Orders booked after 12am will be sent the following business day.

We stock all the products you find on our web shop. However, it may happen that some items are sold out which will lead to an extra delivery time. In this case we will contact you.

FREIGHT
All orders are sent from our warehouse.

Track & Trace: When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we send you a Track & Trace number so you can follow your parcel and where to collect your parcel if you are not home and you have to pick up your package elsewhere. Then bring your track & trace number and photo identification.

PAYMENT
All prices are in DKK and include 25% VAT.

To buy on cocoonteaartisans.com you must be 18 years old and be in possession of a valid debit card which we accept. If you are not 18 years of age, you may still purchase items if you have obtained your guardian's consent or otherwise have a legal right to enter into the purchase.

You can pay with all types of Dankort eg. Dankort, eDankort, Visa/Visadankort, MasterCard and American Express.

The amount of goods are deducted only when the goods are shipped from our warehouse. It is only possible to deduct the amount you set or less - and only once.

If you pay by credit card, international debit card or online bank an extra payment fee will be added. The amount corresponds exactly to the amount charged by Teller A/S or another provider. You will be able to see the amount on your order when you select which type of card you want to pay with.

It is safe to buy at cocoonteaartisans.com since all communication between our payment and the cardholder is via an encrypted SSL (Secure Socket Layer). It is only Teller A/S (PBS) that has access to the data concerning the payment. Unauthorized persons will not be able to see the data exchanged.

Confidentiality: At Cocoon Tea Artisans your personal details are confidential and we guarantee that we do not allow others access to them.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
When you order an item at cocoonteaartisans.com, you will receive an acknowledgment of our receipt of your order. This will become a purchase agreement, when you receive a confirmation from us. Items may be out of stock but we will strive to deliver as soon as possible.

RETURNS
When you shop at cocoonteaartisans.com you will not be able to return the goods, since our products are categorized as food. This policy is for the sake of our customers to ensure our customers can feel confident that the products they buy from Cocoonteaartisans.com has not been opened or subjected to improper treatment such as storage.

COMPLAINTS
All products are covered by purchase Act on 24 month warranty. The warranty means that you as a customer can complain about defects in the goods that have occurred within 24 months after purchase. The warranty does not cover when errors or damages arise due to misuse, lack of maintenance or normal use.

You must complain within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect. We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible, and within 2 months after the defect was discovered.

Please describe as detailed as possible what the problem is.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable freight charges to send the product back to us. Otherwise, you will cover all costs of transport, including our freight costs for returning the item after study, and we can charge you an amount of up to 200 DKK for examination of the goods.

Remember that the product must always be in proper packaging and must not be affixed to the address label or package tape on the product itself or its original packaging. Remember to get a receipt for shipment. You are responsible for the package / goods until we have received and accepted the goods. Please keep postal receipt incl. Information regarding freight costs and tracking number. Note! We do not receive packages sent by COD or similar.

PRIVACY POLICY
To buy on cocoonteaartisans.com you must state at least: name, address, email address and telephone / mobile number.

The above data and information about the items you bought will be stored (Act/bogføringslovens § 10) for 5 years from the end of the financial year, the information relate to.

Information will not be passed on or sold to third parties, except in connection with a restructuring or a full or partial sale of the company. Any disclosure of data will always be in accordance with the current privacy legislation.

As a customer you may inspect our registration of data about you. You can object to a registration under the rules of the Act on processing personal data. Comments related directed to our customer service via e-mail welovetea@cocoonteaartisans.com.

COOKIES
By using welovetea@cocoonteaartisans.com you agree that we use cookies. A cookie is a small data file that we place on your computer to keep track of your visit and to recognize the computer. A cookie is not a program and do not contain viruses.

All image and text material on cocoonteaartisans.com is subject to protection under copyright law and may not be used contrary to this. Breach of which would require an injunction as well as claims for all types of compensation. Furthermore reserved other rights under other applicable intellectual property laws including the rights under the Marketing Act.

LAW
Purchases of goods on cocoonteaartisans.com is subject to Danish law. Any dispute should be settled by the Danish courts.
