The temperature is indicated for each variety of tea.
Please notice! Boil the fresh water and then cool to the recommended temperature.
BREWING TEMPERATURE:
We recommend this as ideal brewing temperature:
Green & White Teas: 80 degrees Celsius/176 degrees Fahrenheit
Oolong Teas: 90 degrees Celsius/194 degrees Fahrenheit
Black Teas & Herbal Blend: 100 degrees Celsius/212 degrees Fahrenheit
