The temperature of the water is very important to get the optimal effect and taste when brewing tea. This tea water thermometer is specially made for our varieties of tea.
The temperature is indicated for each variety of tea.
Please notice! Boil the fresh water and then cool to the recommended temperature.
BREWING TEMPERATURE:
We recommend this as ideal brewing temperature:
Green & White Teas: 80 degrees Celsius/176 degrees Fahrenheit
Oolong Teas: 90 degrees Celsius/194 degrees Fahrenheit
Black Teas & Herbal Blend: 100 degrees Celsius/212 degrees Fahrenheit
